What will it take to halve food waste in Australia? As part of the National Food Waste Strategy, Food Innovation Australia (FIAL) conducted the National Food Waste Strategy Feasibility Study and designed a data dashboard to enable industry and government stakeholders to interrogate and filter the Study’s data from the baseline, hotspots, and scenario analysis and extract key insights relevant to a specific sector, commodity, or intervention type.
